The concert is dedicated to the Holodomor Remembrance Day

Maksim Sidorenko

He graduated from Kiev Conservatory in two specialities (piano, 1995; organ, 2001) and in 2005 he finished a post-graduate course at National Music Academy of Ukraine. He perfected his performance skills in Austria (Universität für musik und darstellende kunst), participated in many master classes of famous musicians from Europe and the USA, studying the features of organ schools.

The range of his interests is quite wide: from baroque music to premier performances and recordings of contemporary Ukrainian composers, from organ music recordings for films to participation in non-academic ethno-projects.

Maksim Sidorenko goes on tour across Ukraine and abroad, appears with leading performers, collectives and conductors, participates in numerous international festivals (Kyiv-Music-Fest, "Organum" (Sumy), "Livadia-Fest", "Chervona ruta" (Chernivtsy), "Singing Terraces" (Kharkov), "GogolFest" (in Kiev and Perm) and many others).

His music is featured with profound knowledge and sense of the style of performing music, scale, masterful using of rich organ voice and piano, both during solo performance and in ensembles of different composition, with chorus or orchestra.
