The theatre-goers will see four new performers in “Il Trovatore”

The part of the main hero in the earliest performance “Il Trovatore” will be first performed by the tenor Oleksandr Shults. Mezzo-soprano Iryna Repetii debuts as Ines and tenor Andrii Perfilov – Ruiz.

The theatre-goers will also see People's Artist of Ukraine Vasyl Navrotskyi as Ferrando, di Luna’s officer. The singer will first participate in a new version of the opera by Giuseppe Verdi.

On January 31 the other parts in the performance will be performed by Hanna Litvinova (Leonora), Maryna Hodulian (Azucena), Roman Strakhov (Count Di Luna) and Andrii Ripak (Old Gypsy). The performance wil be held under the baton of Honoured Artist of Ukraine Ihor Chernetskyi.

The premiere of the opera “Il Trovatore” in the directorial version by Tilo Reinhard (Germany) took place on September 28-29, 2019. Immediately after, the artists of the theatre demonstrated the performance with great success during a tour in Belgium and the Netherlands.
