Viktor Tomashek will debut as Albrecht in the ballet “Giselle”

Ballet soloist Viktor Tomashek will first perform the part of Albrecht in the performance “Giselle” by Adolf Adam, which will take place on the stage of the theatre tomorrow, on November 20.

“I danced almost the whole classical repertoire, but unfortunately, most of the time these premieres were during the tours, festivals or creative events outside the walls of my theatre! Therefore, each new ballet at home is a great happiness for me, which I will share heartily with the audience”, the artist wrote in his Instagram.

Viktor Tomashek is a laureate of the international competitions, one of the top of 8 best dancers in Ukraine according to the TV show “Everybody Dances” (the eighth season). He graduated from KGHU in 2008. He performs the leading roles in the ballets “Don Quixote” by Minkus, “The Nutcracker”, “Swan Lake”, “The Sleeping Beauty” by Tchaikovsky, “Spartak” by Khachaturian, “Walpurgis Night” by Gounod and others. He tours and performs the leading roles on the best stages in France, Germany, Italy, Holland.

The main part in the ballet "Giselle" on November 20 will be performed by Oleksandra Vorobova, the part of Myrtha - Alina Sharai, Hilarion - Bohdan Chabaniuk.
