Bogdan Panchenko was awarded the 1st prize in the contest named after Antonin Dvorzhak.

The soloist of Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre Bogdan Panchenko was awarded the 1st prize of the International Vocalist Contest named after Antonin Dvorzhak, which was held in November 14 - 21 in Karlovy Vary.

This singing contest, founded in 1966, is a prestigious international contest. Annually more than 100 young singers from all over the world participated in this contest.

Biographical information

Bogdan Panchenko is  a graduate of Odessa State (now - National)Academy of Music  named after Nezhdanova (the class of Honored Artist of Ukraine Victor Mityushkin).

Diploma winner of the International Contest "Art of the XXI Century" (Kiev, 2010). Diploma winner of the open competition-festival "Grand Prix of Carpathian regіon" (Beregovo, 2010).

On the stage of Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater Bogdan Panchenko performed the roles of Figaro ("The Barber of Seville" by G.. Rossini), Robert ("Iolanta" by P. Tchaikovskiy), Leader ("Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" by E. Kolmanovskiy).
